Mood-Play uses YouTube API Services to let users search for and add music videos to a shared, collaborative playback queue, and to play those videos within the app.
By using Mood-Play, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Mood-Play's use of information received from YouTube API Services adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Information handled by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke Mood-Play's access to your data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Mood-Play is designed to require as little personal information as possible. We do not require you to create an account with a name, email, or password.
Mood-Play, and the third-party services it uses, may store, access, or collect information directly or indirectly on or from your device, including through cookies, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies. Specifically:
You can control or clear this information through your device settings, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling the app. You can revoke Google/YouTube data access at Google security settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
Party data (rooms, queues) is transient and associated with active or recent parties. Anonymous identifiers and analytics may be retained as needed to operate and improve the Service. You may request deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us.
Mood-Play is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Google Firebase's secure infrastructure, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Welcome to Mood-Play. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mood-Play mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Tadpole Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mood-Play lets users host and join music parties in which participants collaboratively add songs to a shared queue and vote on what plays next. Music search and playback are provided through YouTube API Services.
Mood-Play uses YouTube API Services. By using Mood-Play, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Music content is provided by YouTube, and your use of that content is subject to YouTube's terms and policies. Information handled by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using Mood-Play, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to:
Participants may add songs, set party and display names, and otherwise contribute content. You are responsible for the content you contribute. We provide tools to report or hide objectionable parties, and we may remove content or restrict access where content violates these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
The Mood-Play app, branding, and original content are owned by Tadpole Technologies. Music and video content accessed through the Service belongs to its respective rights holders and is delivered via YouTube. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any such content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Availability of music content depends on YouTube and third parties beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadpole Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
